How to care for neckties, pocket squares, and scarves
Due to the delicate nature of the hand printed and handwoven fabrics, it is strongly recommended that all items are dry cleaned only.

Return/ Exchange Policy
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please return merchandise with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please see below for details on how to return an item. Unfortunately we are unable to provide online exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Please note that any custom orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

All returns must be authorized by Jacqueline Rousseau.

1. Please send an email to info@jacqueline-rousseau.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Use the prepaid return label we email you to send the item back to us.
3. Receive your refund as soon as we receive the returned item.

When your return is received, we will credit the same payment method with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.


Jacqueline Rousseau will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.


                                                                                                           
International Returns
You may return/exchange any unused, unworn, undamaged items purchased within 14 days for a full refund. Due to varying international postage regulations we cannot provide any prepaid or complimentary services for returns or exchanges on international orders. Any additional duties, taxes, fees, or VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer. To return an international order please email info@jacqueline-rousseau.com and follow shipping instructions provided.
